The Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our www.kargokingsja.com, for browsing,
accessing services and information and by using our website you agree to the Terms and
Conditions indicated below.
By use of the services of Kargo Kings Logistics Limited the following must be maintained:
A. You must set up and register an account. Your account details and information must
be kept confidential.
B. You are required to ensure the protection of your password and monitor the access
to your devices linked to your account in order to prevent unauthorised use of your
account.
C. You are responsible for all activities and transactions on your account.
I. Methods of Communication
A. We communicate my means of emails, phone calls, text and WhatsApp messages on
and off our website and you agree that these methods of communications satisfies
any legal requirements for written and voice notification and validity of any
agreements between us.
B. You agree that electronic means of communication we send you all invoices, notices,
agreements, disclosures, promotions and other information relating to the business.
II. Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Kargo Kings Logistics Ltd is required to comply with all applicable laws in relation to the
cross border movement of packages.
The compliance with these laws and regulations require the following:
A. In order to use your account with Kargo Kings Logistics Ltd you agree to provide
accurate and legal information with regards to your name, residential and or
business address, telephone numbers, email addresses and any other information
that may be required including valid invoices and receipts for purchased of items
contained in your packages, which may be provided to other service agents or
authorities.
You acknowledge and confirm the following:
A. Kargo Kings Logistics Ltd may at its sole discretion search and inspect any and or all
shipments and packages.
B. The United Stated Customs Border Patrol may at any time inspect any shipment and
seize any items banned for export from the United States.
C. The services offered by Kargo Kings Logistics Ltd will not be used to ship restricted,
illegal or banned items.
D. You will correctly declare the cost of the item purchased and provide an accurate
description of your shipment’s contents for proper levying of Customs Duties and
Taxes.
III. Collection of Packages
A. To collect your package(s), a representative may require additional information or
documents to verify your identify.
B. Packages uncollected at our office for a period of thirty (30) days will be subject to
storage fees as set by management.
C. The shipment of Gift Cards, Debit and/or Credit Cards are strictly Forbidden from
being shipped.
IV. Non Payment for Packages
A. In any event that non-payment for packages or any outstanding balances on your
account, for any reason or hereafter within sixty (60) days of the last notification to
you, Kargo Kings Logistics Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion to authorise you
to make full payment before collection of new packages.
B. Kargo Kings Logistics Ltd reserves the right to dispose of or auction any uncollected
package(s) at its sole discretion if unclaimed and or held for more than ninety (90)
days from arrival.
C. If the package(s) exceeds the duty free amount of $100 USD for customs charges,
Kargo Kings Logistics Ltd will require you to make full payment before we will clear
any packages from Jamaica Customs.
D. You will not be responsible for any charges levied as a result of delays in the
payment of duties, fees and or charges.
V. Customs Duties and Fees
A. You are solely responsible for payment of any taxes, duties, fees or fines and
penalties as levied by the Jamaica Customs Authorities due to incorrect declaration
or value by the said authorities for any falsification of information or importing
prohibited items.
B. All fees are calculated in U.S. Dollars and are displayed in local currency. For local
currency conversion, the exchange rate will be determined solely by the management of Kargo Kings Logistics Ltd on the date and time of your payment for
fees and charges for your package(s).
C. All fees and charges are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
VI. Identification & Tracking of Packages
A. Each package will receive its own unique reference or tracking number. Kargo Kings
Logistics Ltd does not combine packages into bulk shipment.
B. In the event that Kargo Kings Logistics Ltd deems fit that your package(s) has been
tampered with or damaged prior to arrival at our warehouse we may refuse
acceptance of the package(s) for delivery to Jamaica to you.
VII. Closure of Account
A. If you decide to close your account for any reason whatsoever at any time you will
remain responsible for all pending charges, inclusive of abandoned packages, which
must be paid prior to the date of closing your account.
B. Kargo Kings Logistics Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, closure of account and
refuse acceptance of packages at its sole discretion.
VIII. Exclusions of Warranties & Limitations of Liability
A. You accept that use of Kargo Kings Logistics Ltd services is at your sole risk.
B. Kargo Kings Logistics Ltd makes no representation or warranty in respect of the
movement of packages, in particular with respect to dealing with third parties,
authorities and natural causes that may result in delays or the return of packages.
